Bessie Rhodes hosts tea party fit for D65 mother figures

Kindergarteners at Dr. Bessie Rhodes School of Global Studies recently took time to celebrate the moms in their lives! Throughout the tea party-themed celebration, students practiced their writing and fine motor skills by working on different crafts such as an “All About Mom” worksheet and a picture frame. The event concluded with releasing butterflies that the class raised!

“The event was filled with warmth and joy as families engaged in various activities,” says educator Brenda Martinez. “It was a perfect opportunity for family members to participate and connect with the students.”
